The Girl Scout Promise

On my honor, I will try:
To serve God and my country,
To help people at all times,
And to live by the Girl Scout Law.

Girl Scout Law

I will do my best to be
Honest and Fair,
Friendly and Helpful,
Considerate and Caring,
Courageous and Strong, and
Responsible for what I say and do,
And to
respect myself and others,
respect authority,
use resources wisely,
make the world a better place, and
be a sister to every Girl Scout.

Local Field Trip Ideas

Here are some places that make for fun field trips in Greenfield.  Some of these organizations will also attend troop meetings.

3-D Printing / Engineering Experience (2015)  Rachel Smith is a student at Purdue University who is offering a program to teach the girls about technology and engineering.  She will come to your troop meeting and bring her 3-D printer, and show the girls an exciting video of the amazing things these printers can do.  Rachel also lets the girls watch as the printer creates a plastic necklace charm, and each girl will get to take one home.  The only cost is to cover Rachel's supplies.  Contact her for details (This email address is being protected from spambots.
